dry prawn fish chutney

 

Ingredients

       

• 200 gm dry prawns 

• 2 green chilies

• 1 table spoon coriander seeds

• ½ table poon mustard seeds

•  2-3 garlic cloved for masala

• 2 bedige chilli

• small piece of ginger

• 2 chopped onion

• pinch of turmeric powder

• little fenugreek seeds

• medium piece of tamarind pulp

• 1 cup grated coconut

                                   



Method for preparation


• Take a pan and placed over gas on small flame then roast masala -coriander seeds , fenugreek

           seeds , bedige chilli sauté them for a minute once they became light brown then take out and let

            them cool. 

• Then take a plate add garlic clove , ginger , 1/2 small cup grated coconut , 1/2 chopped onion,

          roasted masala, cumin seeds and turmeric powder and then grind into not fine paste-it should be

          dry 

        • Once the masala ready and then keep it aside.

• Take a pan and placed over gas on small flame , then add dry prawns , sauté till became light

         brown and  leaves  aroma  and then take out and keep it aside.

• Now , take a small bowl and add roasted dry prawns along with dry masala with salt as per taste

           and mix well then garnish with remaining half cup of grated coconut with 11/2 chopped onion.
