Long beans veggie

 Ingredients

 

        • 250 gm long beans(chowli) chopped into small pieces

        • 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds

• 1/2 table spoon of black split gram

        • few curry leaves

• 2 crushed dry red chilli

        • 2 chopped green chilies

• small cup grated coconut for garnishing

        • 1 small chopped onion

• Salt as per taste

 






Method for Preparation

• First take a kadai ,add oil into it and once it became medium hot then add mustard seeds 

           and black split gram

• Once it started spluttering then add crushed red dry chilli along with  curry leaves.

        • Then sauté for a minute after that add onion with green chilies sauté them till onion became

           light  brown 

• Once it is done then add chopped long beans pieces into it.let them cook for a 5 minute

        • After that add turmeric powder , salt as per taste and glass of water .let them cook for 15 minutes

• Check whether cook properly and water should dry then take out aside

• Here is Long beans veggie is ready.Garnish with grated coconut.
