Introduction :
the corinader leaves used in all almost all recipes.we have seen lostly used for garnishing the recipe.
we can also make delcious chutney from this recipe and it is very good for health specially for eyesight
this has very cool properties .it is very tasty as chutney.
First wash the coriander leaves then keep aside.
Ingredients
• ½ cup coriander leaves
• Few curry leaves
• Small cup grated coconut
• Pinch of asafoetida
• 2-3 gralic cloves
• Little tamarind pulp
• 2 green chillies
• Salt as per tatse
Steps for Preparation
• Take a small pan add coriander leaves , asafoetida and curry leaves along with grated coconut garlic cloves ,tamarind pulp , green chilli with litter water and add salt per taste and grind them into thick medium paste.
