Introduction:
This is a simple recipe where we used many vegetables .I liked a lot this recipe because it is not only
tasty but also getting many vegetables with in one single recipe. you can easily prepared at home and
it is not required much effort to prepare.
Ingredients
• Mix vegetables like beans , carrots, cauli flower , and green peas that is optional
• Paste of 1 small cup coriander leaves , 5-6 green chilies and ½ inch ginger it will give nice fragrance
• 2 onion puree
• 2 tomato puree
• 5-8 garlic clove paste
• 1 table spoon of garam masala powder
• 1 table spoon of red chilli powder
• Pinch of turmeric powder
Steps for preparation
• First take a pot and add oil into it in that add mix vegetables fry 5-6 minute in the oil once it become
half fry then keep aside for cooling
• Then take a second pot in that add oil into it then add garlic paste then add paste of coriander , green
chilies and ginger
• Mix it properly once it leaves fragrance then add onion puree into it fry till golden brown then add
tomato puree into it, mix it
• Properly till it leaves nice fragrance then add garam masala powder , red chili powder and turmeric
powder into it then mix it properly
• Also add salt as per taste .mix it all together then add water into it as per your requirement like thin or
thick paste then add half boil vegetables
• Fry till become all vegetables properly fry then garnishing with coriander leaves. Here mix vegetable
is ready.
