Ingredients
• 1/2 cup black udad dal
• 1 cup white raw rice
• ½ cup flatten rice
• Salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• First add udad dal , rice and flatten rice in the bowl with 1 liter of water just leave it for soaking in the water leave it for 6-8 hours then grind it in the mixer with 1 cup water make fine thick paste then add salt as per taste just kept it in the bowl with cover overnight
• In the morning .that batter would have been fermented then mix it paste properly . Placed a dosa tawa on the gas on medium flame then add sesame oil into it then add one big spoon of batter make them rounded shape leave it for 5 minutes then change the side of dosa let them cook for a minute the take out.
• Repeat the same procedure till the dosa batter
