Veg Pulao

 

Introduction: 

This recipe i am preparing any time. I always found one of most easy recipe in vegetable.it is

not only contains vegetable with masala along with rice so both getting in single recipe.no need to cook

 rice separately.as per our choice we can include veggies or can prepare with single veggies too.

It is not necessary to prepare only within all the vegetable. We have many options in this.


Note: First fry all the vegetables in in pan to add some oil into it .Half boiled fry 

Ingredients

• mix vegetable like some carrots, some French beans , cauliflower and peas (optional)

• ½ cup  coriander leaves , ginger and green chilli paste

• 2 onion gravy

• 2 tomato gravy

• 1 table spoon of (cumin powder , coriander powder , garam masala ), bay leaves









Steps for preparation

• First take a pressure cooker then add oil into it then add garlic paste once it leaves aroma then add onion gravy 

• Fry till brown then add tomato gravy once it leaves aroma then add powder mix it properly till it leaves aroma then add coriander , ginger and green chilli paste

• Mix it properly then add some water into it then add washed basmati rice then add salt close the pressure cooker

• Let them cook for 2 whistle then wait for cool then open it garnish with same cashew nuts , raisins
