Ingredients
• 200 gm semolina for 3 people
• 2 medium chopped onion
• 2 green chilies
• few curry leaves
• salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• First placed a pan on a gas when it medium hot then add 2 table spoon of oil when it hot on medium
level then add 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds when it started to get splutter then add curry leaves
then add chopped onions once it becomes medium red
• Then add semolina mix it properly fry till light fried then add hot water into it and mix it properly till
it gets thick and properly cooked. If require add water.
• Then add salt as per taste. Here upma is ready.
