Introduction:
This is a simple cabbage recipe basically made at home using simple ingredients no masala.
anybody can easily made in short time. This will be served with chapati which is good combination.
Ingredients
• 1 big cup finely chopped cabbage
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• 2-3 green chilies
• ½ inch finely chopped ginger
• ½ table poon mustard seeds
• 2-3 crushed garlic
• Few curry leaves
• ½ table spoon of asafoetida powder
• 2 chopped onion
• ½ table spoon turmeric powder
Method for preparation
• First placed a kadai on gas when it became little hot add 2-3 table spoon oil into it and once it
became medium hot then add mustard seeds wait till it gets spluttering then add crushed
garlic, Asafoetida and curry leaves
• Once it leaves nice aroma then add chopped onion , ginger along with green chillies.let them
cook till onion became soft and light brown
• Once it became soft then add chopped tomatoes let them cook it gets soft and leaves juice from
that.
