Introduction:
This chutney made from arvi leaves and very good in taste. we can make Vada also from this leaves. That i will share with in my next recipe. This has many beneficial properties for health. This will clean the stomach properly. If you add this in regular diet definitely your stomach problem get resolved.
First was the taro leaves and then placed the leaves in the small pot along with 1 liter water then placed on a gas for boiling
Once it get boiled then keep aside for cooling.
Ingredients
• Small ½ cup grated coconut
• 1-2 green chilli as per spicy
• 1 garlic cloves
• little tamarind pulp
• 1 table spoon of coriander seeds
• ½ table spoon of udad dal
• ½ table spoon of mustard seeds
• 2-3 crushed garlic
• Few curry leaves
• salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• Placed a small pan on gas add little oil then add mustard seeds , black gram (udad dal) , coriander
seeds let them splutter .once it is spluttering then take this aside and let them cool.
• Take these mixture add into the grinder along with taro leaves and above all the ingredients with little
water then grind that into medium thick paste.
• Once it is ready then give tadka to it - tadks means placed a small pan on gas add little oil then add
mustard seeds , add crushed garlic cloves then add pinch of asafoetida then add curry leaves .once it is
ready just give tadka to taro leaves chutney.
