Introduction:
This is a one of my favorite recipe. This is not only very tasty but also very good for health because
it contains high proteins in the form of Kabuli chana. This is basically served with puri's that is best
combination.
Ingredients
• ½ cup white or black gram soaked in water overnight
• 2 onion puree
• 2 tomato puree
• 1 table spoon of cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
• 1 tablespoon of garam masala powder
• (5-6 garlic & ½ inch ginger) paste
• 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
• Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Salt as per taste
Steps for preparation
• First take a pan and placed on a gas then add oil into it then add ginger-garlic paste once its leaving
fragrance then add onion puree
• Fry till it became brown then add tomato puree mix it properly once it leaves fragrance then add
cumin powder , coriander powder
• Garam masala powder , chilli powder , turmeric powder and mix it properly .when it mixed properly
then add water into it once it became
• Fry properly then add white or black gram. In that masala extra you can add chana or chole masala
gives nice taste.
