Ingredients
• 250 gm beaten rice for 3 people
• 2 medium chopped onion
• 2 green chillies
• curry leaves
• 1 table spoon of cumin powder
• chopped coriander leaves (small cup) for garnishing
• pinch of turmeric powder
• small cup of peanuts
• salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• First placed a pan on the gas and add oil into it then add mustard seeds once it gets splutter then add peanuts once this became medium cooked then chopped onions with green chilies
• Then add 1 tablespoon of cumin powder with salt as per taste mixed it properly .meanwhile add beaten rice into water so that it gets smooth
• Then squeeze the beaten rice add into the pan along with pich pinch of turmeric powder into it mixed it properly & leave it for 2-3 minute then
• Switch off the flame then add grated coconut along with chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
