Mint leaves chutney

First wash the Mint leaves then keep aside.


Ingredients

• Mint leaves 

• 1/2 tablespoon of asafoetida 

• 1 green chilli 

• 1 garlic clove 

• little tamarind pulp 

• small ½ cup  coconut

• few curry leaves

• salt as per taste

    






Steps for Preparation

• First take a pan and add all the above ingredients together and sauté very well till it leaves the fragrance

• Then put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and grind it together with little water and add salt  as per tatse and grind them into medium thick paste.
