Ingredients
• 1/2 cup black udad dal
• 1 cup white raw rice
• ½ cup flatten rice
• Salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• First add udad dal , rice and flatten rice in the bowl with 1 liter of water just leave it for soaking in the water leave it for 6-8 hours then grind it in the mixer with 1 cup water make fine thick paste then add salt as per taste just kept it in the bowl with cover overnight
• In the morning take idly pot then first add water into it along with lemon slices then placed on a gas for boiling then close that below part with lid .then take idly cup add first oil into it then add one big spoon of thick batter likewise repeat the step how much cup you want.
• Then place all that cup into above part of that idly pot then close that idly pot then leave it for 25 minutes on high flame.idly will be properly cooked and let them cool for 5-10 minute and then take out.
