Ingredients
• 2 cup black udad dal
• 2 cup white raw rice
• jackfruit leaves-50-60
• Salt as per taste
Steps for Preparation
• First add udad dal , rice in the big vessel with 4 liter of water just leave it for soaking in the water leave it for 6-8 hours then grind it in the mixer with 1 cup water as per batter make fine thick paste then add salt as per taste just kept it in the vessel with cover overnight
• In the morning take idly pot then first add water into it along with lemon slices then placed on a gas for boiling then close that below part with lid .then take prepared jackfruit leaves cup then add two -three big spoon of thick batter as per cup size likewise repeat the step how much cup you want.
• Then place all that cup into above part of that idly pot then close that idly pot then leave it for 35 minutes on high flame.idly will be properly cooked and let them cool for 5-10 minute and then take out.
