Puri and Potato bhaji recipe

 Ingredients :


• 500g wheat flour

• 3 medium sized potatoes 

        • 4-5 chopped green chilies

• 2-3 chopped garlic cloves

        • 1 table spoon of cumin seeds

• 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds

• small piece of chopped ginger

• 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder

        • 2 small sized chopped onion

• few curry leaves

        •  salt as per taste


Method for preparation of Puri


• First take a bowl and add wheat flour in that add salt as per required

• Then add little oil and add water gradually in small quantity and mix it

          properly started to prepare dough.

        • Once the dough ready then keep it aside for 15 minute so that will settle properly

• Then after 15 minutes and start to prepare small balls of dough

        • Then take chapati board and rolling pin to make round shape Puri

• Keep it ready with all the balls.

• Then take a kadai and add oil into it for deep fry

        • Once oil became hot then add one by one Puri into it and flap both side and check fried properly

• Here Puri is ready.

   


Method for preparation of Potato sabji

• First take a small kadai add water into it for boiling potatoes.

• Once it is boiled properly then took out that outside for cooling

        • Then take a kadai and add 4 table spoon oil into it.once it became slightly hot 

  then add mustard seeds into it .once it started to fluttering then add cumin seeds

• Then add chopped garlic and ginger let them sauté till slightly brown

        • Then add green chilies and curry leaves into it .Mix it properly.

• Then add turmeric powder and onion into it sauté them till onion became slightly brown

• Then add boiled smashed potatoes and salt as per required.

        • Mix it properly  and let them cook for 5 minute with little water.

• once water is dry and then took out aside and let them cool.

        • Here is potato sabji is ready.
