Ingredients
• 1 cup white raw rice
• Salt as per taste
Method for Preparation
• Take a Bowl and add rice with 1 liter of water just leave it for soaking. leave it for 1-2 hours
• Then wash the rice properly and grind it into the fine paste and batter should be watery
(medium not so thick or thin)
Now add salt as per tatse.
Unlike plain dosa we should not require thick paste batter. This is also not required fermentation
• Placed a dosa tawa on the gas on medium flame then add sesame oil into it then add one big
spoon of batter make them rounded shape leave it for 5 minutes .you will see small bubbles
all over the dosa then took out .keep it on plate.
• Repeat the same procedure. Here is Neera dos is ready
In Mangalore , Neera dosa basically served with chicken sukka.this is a good combination
With chutney also come out good taste.
