Ingredients :
• Parboiled rice(ukda chawl) 2 table spoon
• bedige chilli 4-5 (as per taste) as per quantity of drum stick leaves
• 1 1/2 table spoon coriander seeds
• 1 table spoon of mustard seeds
• 3-4 garlic cloves
• 1 full of kadai drumstick leaves(washed)
• small cup of grated coconut
Method for preparation
• First take a kadai , add washed drumstick leaves along with small size of tamarind pulp ,
little water with salt as per taste
• Let them cook till drumstick leaves properly cooked and water dry completely
• Meanwhile , take a pan and add above masala and sauté till it fry properly.
• Then grind them into mixture with fine powder. Do not add water into this.
• Once it done .Add this masala into kadai after drumstick leaves cooked properly
• Then mix them properly and sauté them for 5 minute on medium low flame.
• Then switch of flame and add grated coconut for garnishing. It will enhance the flavor and
became very tasty
