vegetable Fried Rice

 Ingredients


• 250 gm basmati rice

• 1 small cup finely chopped green beans

        • 1 small cup finely chopped carrot

• 1 small cup finely chopped capsicum

        • 1 small cup green peas

• 1 small cup finely chopped cabbage

• 2-3 finely chopped green chilies

        • 1 table spoon of red chilli flakes

• 1 table spoon of black pepper powder

        • 1 table spoon of vinegar

• 1 table spoon of soya sauce

• 5-6 finely chopped garlic cloves

        • 1/2 inch finely chopped ginger

• 2 onion cut into slice

• small cup of chopped onion leaves for garnishing

• salt as per taste

       






Method for preparation


• First washed basmati rice and cooked properly .Once it cooked then 

  keep it aside.

• Then take a kadai add oil into it as per required .then add chopped

  green chilli, ginger and garlic together .once they fry lightly then

  add onion into it.

        • Let them cook for 5 minute .then add beans .wait till it became half

  cooked.

• Then add green peas , carrot , capsicum and cabbage into it.

        • Let them cook for 10 minute on medium flame.

• Remember one thing that should not be overcooked.

• After this half cooked then add Rice into it.let them sauté properly.

        • Once it is mixed properly then add black pepper , Vinegar and soya sauce.

• Once again mix it properly and add salt as per taste.

        • Here vegetable fried rice is ready.turn of the flame and garnish with onion

  leaves.
