Dal-Fry


 Ingredients


• 2 chopped onion

        • 2 chopped tomatoes

• 5-6 chopped green chilies

        • 1/2 table spoon of asafoetida powder

• 1 table spoon of cumin powder

• 1 table spoon of coriander powder

        • 1 table spoon of garam masala powder

• 1 big cup boiled dal

        • few curry leaves

• small cup finely chopped coriander leaves

• 1 table spoon of cumin seeds

        • 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds

• 4-5 crushed garlic

        • 1/2 inch finely chopped ginger

• 1/2 table spoon of turmeric powder

• salt as per taste










Method for preparation


• First separately cook dal properly. Kept aside

• Take a kadai add oil into it as per required. Then add mustard seeds wait

  till start spluttering

        • Then add garlic . asafoetida powder and curry leaves into it.it leaves aroma

• Then add onion along with ginger , green chillies.saute till onion became light brown

        • Then add tomatoes sauté them properly and wait till became juicy.

• Then add all the masala along with turmeric powder. Sauté them properly so that all 

  the masala should properly mix with them

• After that add cooked dal into it and add some water into it as much you required as curry

        • Let them leave for 5-7 minute on medium flame .once it starts boiling then add salt 

  into it as per your taste.

• Now turn of flame and put coriander leaves over there.

        • It gives nice aroma and super tasty. Here dal fry recipe is ready.
