Red chawli veggie

 Ingredients

       

• 1 bundle Red leaves (chopped them into fine pieces)

• 2 chopped tomatoes

• 2-3 green chilies

• few curry leaves 

• ½ table spoon mustard seeds

• 2-3 crushed garlic

• Few curry leaves

• ½ table spoon of asafoetida powder

• 2 chopped onion

• Salt as per taste










Method for preparation


• First take a kadai and add oil into it as per required.

• once it became medium hot the add mustard seeds into it wait till start spluttering

        • Once it starts spluttering then add crushed garlic and asafoetida powder into it and

  let wait till garlic became light brown then add curry leaves

• After it leaves nice aroma then add onion and green chilies together.let them fry till 

           became light brown

        • Once it is done then add tomatoes into it.wait till it became juicy.

• Once it is done then add red leaves into it and mixed it properly.

• After some time add salt as per taste.

        • let them cook 10-15 minutes and check whether water is dried. If it is then switch of flame.

• let them cool. Here is red leaves veggie recipe is ready.
