Healthy green gram breakfast

 Ingredients


• 100 gm green gram

        • Small cup grated coconut

• 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds

        • Few curry leaves

• Salt as per taste

       


Method for preparation

  

• First take a bowl add 100 gm green gram with 2 glass of water for soaking overnight

        • In morning , take a small kadai and add washed green gram with small 1/2 cup water

          that placed on a gas with medium flame.

• Add salt as per taste.It will take 10-12 minutes to cook properly.

• Remember that water should completely dried so it will be more tasty.

        • Once it is done. Take out and transferred it to another plate.

• Now , take same kadai and add oil 2-3 table spoon of it.once it became medium hot

          Then add mustard seeds. Keep it gas on slow flame

        • Once it started fluttering , add curry leaves and then add boiled green gram

• Sauté them for 5 minute and then garnish with grated coconut.
