Mandeli Fry(Golden Anchovies)

 First remove unwanted part of mandeli fish and washed it properly and keep 
 it aside .

Ingredients

       

• 250gm Mandeli fish(Golden Anchovies)

• 2 table spoon red chilli powder

• 1 table spoon of turmeric powder

• 2 tablespoon of lemon juice

• 2 table spoon of chickpea flour

• salt as per taste

    



Method for preparation 


• First take a bowl add washed mandeli fish along with above ingredients and mix it properly   

          and  leave them for marination for an hour

• After marination , Take rice flour for coating fish .this rice flour makes fish crispy.

• Once coated all the fish properly then take a kadai placed on a gas and then add oil as 

            per requirement for frying fish into it .it should be hot.

• Once the oil became hot then add coated fish one by one .

• Let them fry both side .once it is properly fried and take them aside and let them cool.


Here mandeli fish is ready
