Dahi kadi

 Ingredients

       

• 250 gm dahi (curd)

• 2-3 chopped green chilies

• 1/2 table spoon cumin seeds

• 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds

• 2-3 green chilies

• 2-4  chopped garlic cloves

• pinch of turmeric powder

• Salt as per taste

• 1 small cup chopped coriander leaves




Method for preparation


• First placed a kadai on gas when it became little hot add 2-3 table spoon oil into it and once

          it became medium hot then add mustard seeds , when it starts fluttering then add cumin seeds

          let them sauté for a minute.

• Then add garlic cloves and green chilies let them cook till it became light brown.

• Then add turmeric powder and mixed it properly.

• Then switch of gas flame and add curd into it. Mix it properly and add salt as per taste.

• Then garnish with coriander leaves
