Ingredients
• 2 Egg
• 1 small chopped tomatoes
• 2-3 green chilies
• 1 small chopped onion
• pinch of turmeric powder
• Salt as per taste
Method for preparation
• First placed a kadai on gas when it became little hot add 2-3 table spoon oil into it and once
it became medium hot then add chopped onion, green chilies let onion became light brown.
• Once it cooked and leaves nice aroma then add chopped tomatoes let them cook till it
became soft.
• Once it became soft then add Turmeric powder along with salt let them cook for a minute
• Then break the egg and add inside white and yellow into it let them smashed till it became
soft and cooked properly.
Turn off the flame now .Here egg burji is ready.
