Ingredients
• 250 gm Bhindi (chopped them into small pieces)
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• 1 table spoon of coriander powder
• 1 table spoon of cumin powder
• ½ table spoon of garam masala powder
• 2 table spoon of red chilli powder
• pich of turmeric powder
• 2 chopped onion
• Salt as per taste
• 1 table spoon of whole cumin seeds
Method for preparation
• First take a kadai and add one table spoon of oil into it.
• once it became medium hot the add pieces of Bhindi for shallow fry
• Once it is light fry then took out them in bowl and keep aside.
• In the same kadai add 4 table spoon of oil when it became medium hot
then add whole cumin seeds .once it is starts fluttering then
add chopped onion let them sauté till it became brown.
• Once it is done then add tomatoes into it.wait till it became juicy.
• Once it is done then add all the above masala into it with little water and mixed it properly.
• After some time add salt as per taste.
• Let them cook 5 minute and check whether water is dried. If it is then switch of flames.
• Let them cool. Here is Bhindi masala recipe is ready.
