tommoto saar

 Ingredients 

 

        • 3 tommoto cut into big size and 1/2 inch ginger (make together into fine paste)

        • 2-3 sliced green chilli

• few curry leaves 

        • small 1/2 cup onion

• pinch of asafoetida powder

        • 1/2 table spoon of mustard seeds

• 1/2 table spoon of cumin seeds

        • small cup chopped coriander leaves

• 3-4 crushed garlic

• salt as per taste






                                            

Method for Preparation


• First take a kadai and add 3-4 table spoon of oil into it.once oil became medium 

          hot add mustard seeds into it.

• once it start spluttering then add cumin seeds and crushed garlic wait till 

          garlic became light brown then add asafoetida powder and curry leaves.

        • After that add onion and green chilies wait till onions became light brown.

• once this is done then add tommoto puree into it along with glass of water

          as per quantity you required

        • let them boil properly till it leave nice aroma and then add salt as per taste

• Here tommoto Saar ready.Garnish with coriander leaves
