Ingredients
• 1 kg mutton
• 3 medium chopped onion
• 3 medium chopped tomatoes
• 1 small cup coriander leaves and mint leaves with 2 chopped green chilies
(make them fine paste)
• 7-8 garlic cloves and 1/2 piece ginger(make it fine paste)
• 1 small cup curd
• 2 table spoon garam masala
• 2 tablespoon of cumin powder
• 2 table spoon of coriander powder
• 2 table spoon of turmeric powder
• 2 table spoon of red chilli powder
• whole garam masala (2-3 bay leaves , 1 cinnamon stick , 2-3 cloves ,
2 black cardamom and 1 green cardamom , 5-6 black pepper ,1 star rinse
• salt as per taste
• 1 small cup mint leaves
Marination preparation
First wash mutton properly then take a big bowl add mutton , curd, cumin powder ,
coriander powder,garam masala powder , turmeric powder , red chilli powder ,
ginger -garlic paste and (mint and coriander paste), salt as per taste.
Now mix it properly and then keep aside for marination for an hour.
Steps for Preparation
• Take a cooker once it became medium hot then add oil into it as per requirement.
• once it became medium hot add whole garam masala into it leave them till it leaves nice aroma.
• After that add sliced onions into it fry till it became golden brown .once it became
then add ginger and garlic fine paste
• let them fry properly then add coriander , mint leave and green chilli paste into it .
mix it properly fry till cooked properly
• After that add tommoto puree into it .let them cook till tomatoes properly fried.
• once it leaves nice aroma them add marinate mutton into it .let them leave for a
10 minute on medium flame so that mutton should properly mixed with it.after that add
2 glass of water into it and let them cook for 8-9 whistles.
• After 9 whistle , switched off flame and let them cook.
• Here tasty mutton curry is ready so garnish with coriander leaves.
