Sevaiyya upma

Ingredients


• 1 big cup sevaiyya for 3 people

• 2 medium chopped onion

• 2 green chilies

• few curry leaves

• 1/2 table spoon of split black gram

• salt as per  taste









Steps for Preparation


• First placed a pan on a gas when it medium hot then add 1 big cup sevaiyya let them sauté 

          for a 5-7 minute the take the aside.

        • Then add 2 table spoon of oil when it became medium hot then add 1/2 table spoon of 

            mustard seeds  and black split gram  when it started to get splutter then add curry leaves 

            then  add chopped onions  and green chilies .

• once it becomes medium red Then add sevaiyya mix it  properly for 5 minute then add hot 

          water into it and mix it properly till it gets thick and properly cooked. If require add water.

• Then add salt as per taste. Here sevaiyya upma is ready.
