Pavbhaji masala

Introduction 

This is one of special dish from Mumbai and very famous too. Which is introduced by Mumbai. You can easily get it this from any local restaurant in Mumbai. When i made first time this recipe i came out not so good but after tried second time then came out very well. you can choose as per your choice vegetables and from that also you an prepared this tasty recipe. 




 Ingredients

       

• 2 small chopped capsicum

• 2 chopped tomatoes

• 2-3 chopped green chilli

• ½ inch ginger and 5-6 garlic cloves -make a paste

• ½ table spoon cumin seeds

• 1 big boiled potato

• 1 small cup boiled green peas

• 1 small cup chopped coriander leaves

• 2 table spoon of Pavbhaji masala

• 2 chopped onion

• 1 table spoon  red chilli powder

        • 2 chopped onion

• ½ table spoon turmeric powder

• 2 salt as per taste

• butter for frying all the ingredients as well as to add top of Pavbhaji masala


            













Method for preparation 


• First placed a kadai on gas when it became little hot add 5-6 table spoon of butter into it and once

          it became medium hot then add cumin seeds wait till it gets spluttering then add ginger garlic    

           paste  when it leaves aroma then add onion and green chillies.saute for 5 minute .

• Then add tommoto when it became soft add smashed potato with green peas let them cook for 5 

            minute 

• Then smashed together all .when it became properly smashed then add masala (red chilli powder,

         Pavbhaji masala and turmeric powder) and add water as per required along with salt.let them cook

          for 5-10 minute once it leaves nice aroma then add 4 table spoon of butter over there and garnish

          with coriander leaves

          

Take Pav as per your requirement and fry with butter. 

        This will enhance the taste of pav with bhaji masala.
