Capsicum mirchi bajji



Ingredients 


• 3 small size capsicum and cut into 6 pieces

        • 100 gm gram flour

• 1 table spoon of carom seeds

        • pinch of turmeric powder

• 1/2 table spoon of red chilli powder

• 1/2 table spoon of oil for mixing batter

        • salt as per taste

• 1 medium size  chopped onion

• 1 small cup chopped coriander leaves

        




Method for preparation



        • First take a bowl and add gram flour into it.this add crushed carom seeds ,

  turmeric powder , red chilli powder , 1/2 table spoon of oil  and salt as per taste

        • Mix it properly and then add small amount of water as per consistency  

• the batter should be thick.keep it aside for rest 10 minute so all that mixed properly

• After that take kadai  placed on a gas with medium flame.once it became hot add oil 

           for deep fry

        • Once oil became hot then take one by one cut pieces of capsicum and dip it in the batter 

            make sure properly

          coated all over and then dip it in the oil.

• Repeat the same procedure for rest pieces and then fry then properly .

        • Once it is fried took out from kadai and placed it on a plate.

• Then garnish with coriander leaves with onion.here mirchi bajji is ready
